Hey it is Angeilna and Izzy and Rocco we are doing a session tommor at the Victoria Park in Irving on Northgate between Story and Beltline we will bethere talking to the community all day promoting our summer camps.

We will be there form noon to 4pm!

Hello! I cant believe its 2011 and summer is apon us! We are gearing up for the first session of kids camps located at Jefferson Park in Las Colinas.Please call or email for details! This round we have partnered with Remmington Hills Apartments.Come visit us and them on Sat. April 30th starting at9am 1103 Meadow Creek Dr.at the leasing center to learn more about great lease rates and fun and fitness for the kids and the whole family!

North Hills Volleyball Squad Training for Fall.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to give everyone an update on whats going on and where.

We are in our second session of our fall training schedule at Mustang Park Rec. Center in Los Colinas with the amazing girls of The North Hill School Volleyball Team!

The girls are working hard getting ready for other sports as well,soccer,basketball,and whatever Lye's ahead!

We will see you all soon so stay tuned.

TOWN NORTH YMCA FOOTBALL WEIGH IN !!

Whats up everyone!

Daniel Frid & I just finished up promoting All Kids Fit over at Parish High School,with all the wonderful folks from the Town North YMCA!

Andrew,Trey,Val,Diddy,Suebe & her Husband the whole bunch!

Andrew,Sports Director at Town North was having his annual football weigh in, where all the kids that play come and jump on the scale,they had a couple Dallas Cowboys some SMU players,Cheerleaders and some vendors giving away free stuff.

Daniel and I had a blast, we set up an obstacle course for the kids to enjoy as well as some of the parents,passed out healthy snacks(fruit)and ran the course a time or two ourselves!

Huge thanks to Andrew and his crew for inviting us to be part of what I must say was an incredibly fun and beneficial outing!
